Catalytic air oil separator provides a quality complying with ISO-8573.1 regardless of the quality of air sucked into the compressor q guaranteeing the separation of oil vapors, or any other hydrocarbons through a process of physical and chemical. The result is CO2 and H2O in the form of condensate which does not contain oil, which does not need to be specially disposed and reduces costs associated with producing compressed air. An additional savings can be achieved by reducing the number and frequency of replacement filters, compressed air network.

Efficiency activities independent of the input oil content, temperature or humidity. The air after passing through the EcoTec oil separator can be normallly treat by filters, dryesr etc. , and any condensate are completely safe for disposal as they do not contain oil. The average temperature catalytic Ecotec oil separator is 200 ° C. The increase in temperature of compressed air after passing through the catalyst is an average of 12 ° C. The device is fully insulated and does not significantly affect the ambient temperature.
